Meeting rooms will be made available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations may be requested up to eight weeks prior to the event and no less than 48 hours in advance. Multiple day (consecutive) requests are allowed; repeating (weekly, monthly, etc.) are not.
For same-day use, please schedule in person at the library. Same-day use is first come, first served and limited to 2 hours.
Your reservation time must include the time needed to set-up, clean, and reset the room. Allow about 30 minutes for two people to set and reset tables, arrange chairs and remove trash and debris if necessary. You must return the space to pre-event condition after your event is done.
